Delivery in Quebec

At Cycle Robert, there is a fixed fee of $ 25 for delivery in Quebec. Please note that some items that are too heavy or bulky could result in an exceptional surcharge. Please refer to the estimated shipping costs in your basket.

For safety and quality reasons, we do not ship any assembled or boxed bikes. Pickup in store is mandatory.

We use Canada Post as our shipping provider.

Suspended delivery outside Quebec

We are currently working on updating our new website. Delivery will not be possible outside of Quebec for the moment, since our site is not yet billing.

Delivery and order processing times

Online purchases are processed Monday through Friday between 1 and 5 business days after receipt of your order. The picking of orders by delivery services is done Monday to Friday. Thus, an order placed between Friday evening and Sunday will not be sent before Monday, ie the next working day.

Pickup in-store

Rather than having your order delivered, you can also choose to pick it up in store. Just indicate it when choosing your delivery option. Please note that for security reasons, Cycle Robert requires a copy of your invoice, your credit card, as well as 2 pieces of identification with photos when you pick up your order. We will also have you sign a document certifying that you have picked up your order in store.

The new sanitary measures limit to 1 person per floor the number of customers who can have access to the interior at the same time. It is best to confirm by phone or email before showing up.

You will be notified by phone or email when your order is ready to be picked up.

Cancellation of the order

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, please contact us promptly via our website here, by phone at 1-514-3657318 or via chat. If your order has not yet been processed we can cancel it. As we ship the majority of our orders in less than a day, don't wait, because once the order has shipped, we can't cancel it.

30 day return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, Cycle Robert will reimburse you within 30 days of your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee. Your product should still be in new condition, as described in the next paragraph. When returning to the store, you must present a valid receipt.

Product status for a valid return

For Cycle Robert to accept your return, the product must still be in new condition, with its complete original packaging, as well as its sales labels. We need to be able to sell this product to another customer. Since these are sportswear, if you decide to return it, it should be clean, free from odor and animal hair.

For obvious hygienic reasons, we reserve the right to refuse to reimburse the shorts, bib shorts, socks, underwear and jerseys. These items must be in new condition, with all tags and packaging still intact, and must never have been worn or washed.

DVDs, Blue-Ray, computer programs and Tacx or other updates cannot be refunded or exchanged.

When we cannot accept the return of a certain item, it will be reshipped to you at your expense. If you have any doubts about the condition of an item and want to be sure before sending it to us, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to answer you.

Online purchase: refunds only, no exchanges

For online purchases, Cycle Robert works by refund only and not by exchange. Our long experience has shown us that it is easier for everyone to make a return and a new purchase.

The customer is responsible for the return. If you decide to return an item, the return costs are not covered by Cycle Robert. The same applies to the return shipping costs in the event that the item you returned to us is no longer in salable condition. The item will be returned to you and the shipping costs will be at your expense.

Please note that Cycle Robert is not responsible if the particular size, color or style of an item is not suitable for you. Keep in mind that brightness can vary from screen to screen, which can affect the perceived color of an item.

Return in store or by mail

It is always possible to return your order in-store, in one of our branches, with valid proof of purchase on hand. You can also return your purchases by mail at your expense.

Return processing times

Returns are processed Monday through Friday. During the normal period, it may take up to five business days for a return to be processed. During the peak period, December 1 to January 15, it may take up to seven business days to process a return after receiving your product.

Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotion

Products purchased on sale may be refunded, unless otherwise specified which may be specific to a particular promotion. In this case, the promotion rules apply.

Gift cards

A gift card is not refundable or convertible into cash, whether virtual, physical or offered as part of a promotion. Any refund of a purchase paid with a virtual, physical or promotional gift card will be applied to a gift card only.
The value of a gift card cannot be replaced in the event of loss, theft or unauthorized use.

Refund of a purchase where a gift card was offered as a promotion

In this specific case, Cycle Robert will reimburse the product by deducting the value offered in the gift card from the price of the product including taxes.
Ex: A refund on a product valued at $ 300 will be $ 250 in the event that a $ 50 card has been offered.

Price policy

In the event of a price reduction on a product you purchased from Cycle Robert, Cycle Robert agrees to pay you the difference as a gift card. Your request must be made within 10 days of your original purchase. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions regarding our prices.
